Email that lands

Most business email trouble is not the mailbox; it is three DNS records nobody set. SPF says which servers may send as you, DKIM signs each message so it cannot be altered on the way, and DMARC tells the receiving side what to do when either check fails. Set correctly, your invoices stop landing in spam and nobody can send as your finance team.

We set all three on the first day, move DMARC from monitoring to enforcement once the reports are clean, and keep the records under version control with the rest of your DNS.

Microsoft or Google, run the same way

Microsoft 365 suits organisations that live in Outlook, Teams and Office files; Google Workspace suits ones that live in Gmail, Meet and shared documents in the browser. Both do email, calendars, files, video and sign-in well, and we administer both from the same checklist.

If you are still choosing, we will say which we would pick for your team and why, in writing. There is no reseller margin riding on the answer.

Moving in without a lost message

A migration is staged. The new tenant is built beside the old one, mail is copied across in the background over several days, and only then is the domain pointed at its new home. Old messages, folders, calendars and contacts come with you, and nothing bounces while the switch happens.

The cut-over is done on a Thursday evening, after the Saudi working week, so Sunday morning opens on the new tenant and nobody notices except that search is faster.

Locked by default

Two-factor sign-in on every account with no exception for the boss, admin rights on separate accounts nobody reads mail from, sharing outside the organisation off unless a folder is opened on purpose, and lost phones wiped from the console. These are settings, not products, and most tenants we take over have none of them on.

We also switch on the audit log and the alerts that matter: a rule forwarding mail outside the company, a sign-in from a country you have no staff in, a mailbox suddenly sending far more than usual.

Joiners, leavers, licences

Running a tenant is a monthly job, not a one-off. A new hire needs a mailbox, the right groups and a phone enrolled on their first morning; a leaver needs their sign-in stopped the same hour, their mail forwarded and their files handed to a manager; and licences drift upward unless somebody counts them.

We do that count every month and report it, with the security alerts and what we did about them. Eid auto-replies and Ramadan working hours are set once for everyone, not by each person the night before.

Questions we get asked

Which is better, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Neither, for everyone. It depends on where your team already lives and what your customers send you. We will say which we would pick for you, and why, in writing.
We already have a tenant, but nobody really owns it.
That is the usual starting point. We audit it, fix the settings above, document who has what, and take over the running of it.
Do we buy the licences through you?
No. Licences stay in your own name, bought from Microsoft, Google or your existing reseller, so nothing about your tenant depends on us.
