What Teconya is
A small engineering studio in Riyadh that builds and runs the layer most businesses would rather not think about: the company website, the servers under it, the email and files the team lives in, and the locks on all of it.
The work is deliberately ordinary. Sites that stay up, patches that go out on time, backups that have been restored, tenants with two-factor on every account, and a written blueprint of how the pieces fit. Ordinary is what you want from infrastructure.
Websites and hosting
Company sites built to production standards and hosted on infrastructure we operate: dependencies under version control, a tested build, deployment from a pipeline, weekly updates after a staging run, nightly off-site backups and monitoring once a minute. One fixed number a year, invoiced once.
Systems and security
For businesses running their own servers and services: a two-week review, a written blueprint of the architecture as it is and as it should be, then the fixes — hardening, segmentation, access control, monitoring — and a retainer that keeps it patched and reviews it every quarter.
Business email and workspaces
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace set up or taken over, secured, and run month to month: mail that lands, sign-in that is locked, and joiners, leavers and licences handled on time.
AI, where it earns its place
The founder has published peer-reviewed work in computer vision, autonomous systems and security, and that discipline is available when a model would genuinely change a number you are accountable for. It comes with an evaluation set drawn from your own cases and a failure path before a feature list. It comes third on this site on purpose.
How we engage
- Review. Two weeks. We read the systems, the code and the constraints, and tell you whether the thing you asked for is the thing you need.
- Scope. A written scope and a number in riyals, agreed before work starts. It does not move unless the scope does.
- Run. Documentation, a runbook, and a working session with the people who will own it — or a retainer, and we own it.
What we will tell you
If a scheduled report, a setting, or a well-configured integration solves your problem, we will say so. It costs us a project and saves you a budget. We would rather have the reputation.
Working languages
Arabic and English. Every page of this site exists in both, and right-to-left layout is assumed from the first commit rather than retrofitted later.
