The engine we built to find our own clients, run under your name

The outreach engine is the piece of software we built to grow Teconya, and it is the same one we run for you: on your domain, in your colours, signed in with your team’s own email addresses. Nobody at Teconya writes in your name; the engine does, and one of your people approves.

One dashboard shows the whole company’s numbers — prospects found, sites audited, emails sent, opened and replied, calls booked. There are no per-person statistics to argue over, only the company’s.

From a company page to a sent email, in about a minute

Paste a LinkedIn company page or a website. The engine reads what the company says about itself, audits the site — load time on a phone, TLS, security headers, forms, what is out of date, when it was last touched — and writes a short email about the three things that matter most, in your name, with your signature. Arabic or English, one switch.

The email waits on the dashboard until a person reads it and presses Confirm. Twenty a day per person, a hundred and fifty for the company, nobody written to twice in a month, an opt-out line on every one, and a bounce or a complaint takes the address off the list for good.

What never happens

Nothing is sent that a person has not seen. Nothing goes to an address that asked to be left alone, or bounced, or was written to in the last thirty days. Every email carries an opt-out, every send is logged, every failure is retried three times and then reported to you by email.

The caps live in the settings, not in a promise: you can lower them any time, and nobody can raise them past what the mail relay allows.

The first month, and every month after

Two weeks to set up: your domain and its sending records, the signature and the tone written with you, the team signed in, and the first twenty emails approved together on a call. Then it runs, and we watch it: the deliverability, the caps, the errors.

Every month you get one page: who was written to, what came back, what it cost, and what we would change. The monthly price includes the hosting, the AI that writes, the mail relay and our time on it. The engine, the code and the data are yours if you ever leave.

Questions we get asked

Whose name is on the emails?
Yours. They go out from an address on your domain, signed by one of your people, and replies land in that person’s inbox. Teconya appears nowhere.
Do we have to write anything?
No. The signature and the tone are set with you once; after that the job is to read and approve. Any email can be edited before it goes, or sent back for a rewrite with a note.
Is this spam?
No. One email per prospect, about their own website, from a named person, with an opt-out — and never twice in a month. The caps are low on purpose; what matters is the reply rate, not the volume.
Where do the replies go?
To the inbox of the person who signed the email. The engine watches the thread only to make sure nobody who has answered is written to again.
Can it run without the approvals?
Yes — there is a switch. We recommend leaving it off for the first month, until the emails read the way you would have written them.
