The engine that posts for us every day, run under your name

The social engine is the piece of software that writes and publishes Teconya’s own posts, and it is the same one we run for you: on your domain, in your colours, connected to your accounts, signed in with your team’s own email addresses. Nobody at Teconya writes in your name; the engine does, and one of your people approves.

One dashboard shows the whole company’s numbers — posts written, approved and published per day, what each one earned, and the three connected accounts with the state of their tokens.

Every morning: three posts written, three images printed

At six the social engine writes tomorrow’s X post, Instagram post and LinkedIn post from your brand brief — who you are, who you talk to, how you sound, what you never say — rotating through seven kinds of post so the feed never repeats itself. Each gets an image in your colours, printed in the same dot language as this page.

They sit on the dashboard until someone approves them, one tap each; edit a line, ask for a rewrite with a note, or skip. At the hour you set they go out. Not approved by the slot plus a grace period, and the post is skipped rather than sent.

What never happens

Nothing is published that a person has not seen. No post goes out on a token that has expired without you being told a week before. A post not approved by its slot plus a grace period is skipped rather than sent. Every publish is logged, every failure is retried three times and then reported to you by email.

The slots and the grace period live in the settings, not in a promise: you can move them any time, and a skipped post is never sent late.

The first month, and every month after

Two weeks to set up: the brand brief written with you, the three accounts connected, the team signed in, and the first week of posts approved together on a call. Then it runs, and we watch it: the slots, the tokens, the errors.

Every month you get one page: what went out, what it earned, what it cost, and what we would change in the brief. The monthly price includes the hosting, the AI that writes and prints the images, and our time on it. The engine, the code and the data are yours if you ever leave.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to write anything?
No. The brand brief is written with you once; after that the job is to read and approve. Any post can be edited before it goes, or sent back for a rewrite with a note.
Do you need our social media passwords?
Never. Each account is connected once by signing in on the platform’s own page. The engine keeps a token it renews itself, and you can disconnect it from the dashboard at any time.
Which networks?
X, Instagram and LinkedIn, one post on each every day but Friday. LinkedIn as a company page; Instagram as a business or creator account.
Where do the images come from?
The engine prints one for every post in your colours, in the same dot language as this site, sized for the network. You can swap in a photograph before approving.
Can it run without the approvals?
Yes — there is a switch. We recommend leaving it off for the first month, until the brief has settled and the posts read the way you would have written them.
