- Every engagement starts with a conversation. Tell us what is not working, who it affects, and what you have already tried.
- A specification is welcome but not required. We will usually have questions about the problem sitting behind it. A site that keeps going down, an email tenant nobody owns, or a server nobody dares to patch are all fine places to start.
- We are not right for every project, and we would rather say so early. If a scheduled report or a well-configured setting solves your problem, that is the advice you will get. Not every question needs a new platform behind it.

A 30-minute call to understand the problem. If we think we are a fit, a short written proposal with scope, a fixed price, and the metric we will be judged on. If we do not think we are a fit, we will say who might be.
Before you write
Two things worth knowing. We do not take projects where the success criterion is undefined, and we do not take AI projects where the underlying data has never been reviewed by someone who understands it. Both fail predictably.
